Jill Stajduhar, Director CSC Ltd
Jill Stajduhar is the founder and Managing Director of Wayfarer Connect Pty Ltd, a consultancy established in 2017 that specialises in building business resilience through partnerships. Identifying and developing local, national and international strategic initiatives for research collaboration and business partnerships.
Jill draws on extensive strategic industry research experience in joint-venture and research & development management. As a stakeholder engagement, business strategy and business development professional, she supports collaborative business partnerships between small and large companies and the research community. Jill has managed a range of diverse organisations over the past 25 years across a number of industry sectors. She has degrees in Finance, Management and Social Impact.
From 2008 to 2016 Jill was Associate Director of the UWA Energy and Minerals Institute where she was responsible for identifying and developing local, national and international strategic initiatives and alliances. In 2010 she was involved in the foundation of the International Mining for Development Centre at UWA and was the Deputy Director of the centre until 2011. In 2013 she became a committee member of the industry association Subsea Energy Australia focusing on the LNG sector.
Jill was also General Manager, Industry Research and Innovation at the National Energy Resources Australia (NERA) growth centre from March 2016 to December 2017. She continues to work closely with NERA, UWA and a wide range of industry and academic communities engaged in innovation and commercialisation.
